I would rather not see a use case of "must feel like DCL" but I would
love to have a list of the good things DCL did, and why we should do them.
SQL is also wordy, but basic things are easy to do.
Can you summarize specific points about what you like and dislike about
DCL, so we can have this list?
For those of us who never used DCL except for getting to a telnet
prompt, "must feel like DCL" isn't helpful. I will read those documents
soon though, but a quick glance shows syntax, but doesn't go into design
philosophy.
