I do have a mild preference for not using a src directory; I prefer a
flatter tree structure with bin and lib at the top level. If we do use a
src directory I'd prefer to flatten that: i.e., get rid of the bin and lib
layer, and just have src/datastore, src/auth, src/boss, etc. But whatever.

I suggest 'cmdchan' or similar instead of 'CC', as CC makes me think that's
where all the C++ code goes.

I'm not clear on what 'libexec' is for. Is it like bind9/util, i.e.,
utilities to support the build process? Or something else? It's not a
very intuitive name, to me.

Otherwise fine.

                                        eh
