Hi all, 
I have committed the code for Bigtool, it's under experiments\likun-bigtool.
For the usage, please see the welcome message by type 'help', 'h' or '?'.

Main changes:
1. Add help information to Module/Command.
2. Add welcome message.
3. Make Tab-complete be more friendly.


TODO:
Add multilingual internationalization services.
