"Dnsruby" is a whole lot less likely to collide with someone else's
namespace than "CC".  "ISC::CC" helps with that.

That's an awful lot of punctuation marks though.  Would ISCCC do as well? 

(Or better yet, "Isccc"... or if I had my way, "isccc".  Down with upper
case!  End capitalism!)
