Apologies for the late agenda. Is it really Thursday already?

For those of you living in places with strange, 18th-century ideas about
saving whale oil by shifting working hours, the call will be at 15:00
UTC, same as every other week. Please use the Internet to determine what
this translates to for you (or consult your government for an Official
Answer). ;)

No WebEx or other textual form of real-time notes this week, sorry. It
is something we do want to do - Larissa has been helping with this but
she is on vacation today.
