Please join the bind10-tickets mailing lists to receive emails when new 
tickets are submitted or tickets receive feedback.

The list is closed. It is not used to discuss tickets. Currently tickets 
are submitted and feedback is provided via the Trac website.

Previously, Trac was configured to only send emails for tickets to: the 
owner, reporter and updater. So you may have been missing lots of ticket 
details.
