[bind10-dev] E-mail about code changes

All,

Jeremy pointed out that sometimes changes are checked into the
repository and the developer then moves on with further development
without letting anyone know about the new code.

So, when you make any non-trivial change to behavior (like the boss fix
I checked in this morning), please send a quick e-mail to the bind10-dev
list so the rest of the team is aware of it.
