Hello all,

When we meet face to face in 1.5 weeks, I want to have a discussion of
BIND 10's first year - a postmortem. If we all think about it before
having our meeting, then it will be more productive.

For those that have not participated in a postmortem discussion before,
it is basically an attempt to review how a project went, to record these
for future reference, and (possibly) to look for areas of improvement.

So, what you should think about before we actually discuss this:

      * What went good?
      * What needs to be improved?

All areas can be considered, from higher-level topics:

      * Communication
      * Management
      * Planning
      * Documentation
      * Development methodology

To very low-level topics:

      * Technology choices
      * Coding practices
      * Specific APIs

We will have a session of about 45 to 60 minutes where we list issues
and discuss them. The things we like we'll preserve in a document so we
can try to keep them for the future. The things we don't we'll decide
what, if any action we can take. (If we don't have time for that we'll
assign these to people.)
