[bind10-dev] jinmei status

I've done preliminary level review on some tickets including xfrin
fixes and provided feedback (Please check them.)

I've also completed the following two new features and merged them to
trunk:
- C++ benchmark framework
- setuid (-u) option for the auth server

(And, I'm now currently running BIND 10 on port 53 for my personal
server!)

This week I'll work on release related stuff, mainly reviews and bug
fixes (right now I don't own a ticket for the next release).  I have
some other non BIND 10 things to do, but I expect I can spend a
reasonable amount of time for BIND 10.
