A couple of more:

- migration to git
- reality check about TDD: in the previous f2f we concluded "do it".
  but I suspect the reality is we didn't (always) do it.  this would
  be a good time to review what we did, what we didn't, and why we
  didn't (or couldn't) do what we were supposed to do, and then
  discuss what we should do next based on the lessons.
