A-Team

The list of tasks for the current sprint can be found at http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/ATeam20101215.  It is not complete - over the next couple of days, we will be adding some statistics-related tasks.  In addition, we still need to fill in the task estimates; if you haven't made any, could you please include them in your reply to Shane's email on the subject.

The task list is probably more that we can achieve within the two week period.  However, at this stage of introducing Scrum, we are still trying to get an idea of the teams' "velocity".  Once we have that, we'll be better able to estimate how much work we can feasibly complete in two weeks and so be able to set a realistic task list for future sprints.

Finally, when you work on a task, could you please allocate a Trac ticket number for it.  Then edit the wiki page, adding the ticket number to the task description and your name in the "Assigned" field of the task.
