I've (finally) updated the A-Team sprint page (http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/ATeam20101215) with the task estimates. There was generally good agreement on the task estimates although there were several outliers. Given the fact that this sprint is almost over (and that the holiday season is almost here), instead of doing the strict Scrum procedure of getting everyone together to estimates the figures and reach a consensus, I've used my judgement and assigned a suitable figure to each task. (Generally the median of the estimates that closely agreed.)

Where estimates were made for a review of task, I've added it to the figure for the task itself. Although reviews are shown as separate items on the wiki page, this was to highlight them and make it easier to see what reviews were needed. The idea is that a review is part of the task itself - the task cannot be considered complete until the review has been done. For this reason, estimates of a task should take account of the review in the figure.

The main use of the estimates at this stage is to accumulate data so that we can get some idea of the "velocity" of the team - how many estimate points a team can do in a sprint. When we have a feeling for that, we can then use the estimates to get a more realistic idea of what we can achieve in a sprint and start to plan sprints and tasks accordingly.

Finally, I've moved "future tasks" to the main task backlog page (http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/TaskBacklog) so that we have all outstanding tasks in one place.
