[bind10-dev] Likun status update

Hi all,
   I will go back to my hometown tonight for Chinese new year, and come back
to office on Feb, 22.
So I report my status here, in case it blocks somebody.

Bindctl
	1. Some Code needs to be refactored.
	2. Need More unittests.

Cmdctl
    1.  Code finished  (command line option is added but haven't be
committed)
    2.  Full coverage unittests to be added. 

Bindctl and cmdctl should be prepared for review before the end of Feb.
