[bind10-dev] tasks checklist for first release

Shane gave me a handwritten chart of some of the tasks to be done for 
the first release organized by weeks. I converted it to a table and 
added a few fields and then added some other jobs to do.

I may keep this just in the Trac wiki but it doesn't support color 
attributes for tables. Or I can still put in the wiki and have my 
generated colorized version created from that.
