<excuse>I needed to spend two days for non BIND10 work, and Monday was
a holiday, so the progress of the week is relatively poor.</excuse>

- Status
+ the rdata class: completed and is waiting for review:
    http://bind10.isc.org/ticket/48
+ RRset/message class was delayed due to the other work

- Plan
+ General: will finish remaining tasks of the DNS message API for
the base of year-1 authoritative server implementation. major
    work includes:
    - completing the message class (support truncation, etc)
    - EDNS0
    - possibly TSIG, but revisit the need for it later
    - add minimum level documentation and a decent level of test cases
for the experimental code so that it can be reviewed and merged.
  + Specific plans:
    - complete the RRset class with more detailed unit tests and minimum
level of doc. Hopefully by end of this week, but I'm expecting
the need for some design-level consideration. In that case it
      will take a bit longer.
    - complete the Message class including some major missing features
such as truncation handling. Plan: in the week of Feb22
    - other missing stuff: most notably EDNS0 support, complete the
base64 utility (this is a trivial task) and possibly some more
(what about TSIG?) Plan: In the week of Mar 1st. Note: it may be
better to reorder the message class plan and this one because it
could be a blocking item for the auth server development
      (regarding the DO bit).
