Reviewing the current status and already pretty optimistic plans, I
guess we can't include C++ version of TSIG by the Mar 5. If we need
this for AXFR this should be done by the python version itself (btw
what's the current status of it?).

- Status
+ the rdata class is still waiting for review:
    http://bind10.isc.org/ticket/48
+ completed RRset/Question classes, merged into the trunk.
+ now thinking about Message, truncation, EDNS0, and RRset+RRsig
    integration
+ also reviewed some data source stuff

- Plan
+ General: will finish remaining tasks of the DNS message API for
the base of year-1 authoritative server implementation.
    major work includes:
    - completing the message class (support truncation, etc)
    - EDNS0
    - add minimum level documentation and a decent level of test cases
for the experimental code so that it can be reviewed and merged.
    - possibly TSIG, but revisit the need for it later (this is now
more likely so, based on the current status)
These should be completed by Mar 5
  + Specific plans:
    - give a thought to RRset+RRsig integration. probably don't have
enough time to fully consider the design, so maybe we should
simply go with the current each-ds version and then revisit it
      post-year1.
    - add minimum level of EDNS0 support (not necessary as reviewable
stuff) for data source testing. hopefully by the end of this
      week
    - complete the Message class including some major missing features
such as truncation handling. Plan: by mid of next week
    - other missing stuff: complete small bits:
EDNS0, base64 utility (this is a trivial task)
by Mar 5 (= end of next week)
(I won't have time for TSIG by then)
