Comrades,

After some consideration, I've decided to dive into the "trunk as development
branch" model, and committed the changes from branches/each-ds.  Apologies
if this causes problems for anyone, but the impending tree restructuring
and the increasing deviation between trunk and each-ds convinced me that it
was better to sync up now than keep waiting.

Anyway, as of now, trunk is a fully armed and operational nameserver.  You
can use b10-loadzone (from branches/each-loadzone) to load zone master
files into a SQL zone database and play around with it if you like.
