[bind10-dev] use googletest share/aclocal/gtest.m4 and/or bin/gtest-config

googletest provides an autoconf config file, gtest.m4, and a tool to 
print the compiler flags and linker flags, gtest-config.

We may want to consider using one or both of these instead of rolling 
our own.  (I mention this on jabber and was reminded by the "commit: 
r411" discussion on bind10-changes list.)

Do your installs of googletest have gtest.m4 and/or gtest-config?

If so, I will change to use it.
