[bind10-dev] on configuration

stephane's mail refers to the need to dump/restore configuration. I don't think the quoted rfc/i-d states the form in which the configuration is stored, just the need to be able to store it and reload it later. Therefore BIND 10 should accommodate that requirement by implementing whatever it needs to work with its new configuration model
