Hello BIND 10 team!

The goal main goals for the BIND 10 meeting next week are:

     1. Plan the final pieces of the Y1 deliverable
     2. Get the server working with a real data source

Start time each day will be 9:30.

The basic layout will be the same as the last face-to-face meeting: we
start off in the morning with a presentation or with a discussion, then
move onto coding in the afternoon.

Also like last time, the meeting agenda is fairly flexible. Some
proposed presentations/discussion:

     1. Year 1: what's left?
     2. Year 1: authoritative-only release plan
     3. BIND 10 subversion & Trac site tour/review
     4. Year 2: goals and organization
     5. Sponsorship status

I think I'd like to see us publish notes about the morning sessions,
probably by putting the notes straight into the wiki - they'll be raw,
but available.

Monday (2010-01-25)
      * Introduction & kick-off
        Not everyone will be there at 09:30, but we'll go ahead and get
        started anyway. We'll go over the meeting plan and objectives
        for the week here.
      * Presentation/discussion
      * Break
      * Week development objectives discussion
      * Lunch
      * Hacking...

Wednesday-Thursday (2010-01-26 to 2010-01-28)
      * Morning chat
      * Break
      * Daily development check-pointing & objectives discussion
      * Hacking
      * Lunch
      * Hacking...

Friday (2010-01-29)
        Some of our team will be leaving Friday, but not all!
      * Final morning chat
      * Wrap up
      * Lunch
      * Afternoon hacking

Some people will be around Saturday (mostly for economic reasons -
flights are much cheaper this way). The afternoon will be used for one
final bit of hacking for people around, if our brains are still capable
of coding at that point.

Saturday (2010-01-30)
      * Morning - sleep in, perhaps a moment of silence for the poor
        sushi eaten last night ;)
      * Lunch
      * Either wrap-up hacking, or Something Completely Different
