Some software depends on the old libdns and other software depends on
the new one.  Changing the name of the new one is a cheap and easy way
to disambiguate the two.

Thanks for checking that it doesn't break Windows.  I'd be pretty surprised
if it did, though, or if it breaks anything else, because libcrypto++
already exists and I haven't heard of problems with it.
