[bind10-dev] trac TimingAndEstimation plugin installed

I installed the TimingAndEstimation plugin for our trac website.

It adds to tickets:

	Estimated Number of Hours:
	Billable?:
	Total Hours:
	Internal?:
	Add Hours to Ticket:
	and stopwatch which can be started/paused/continued/reset/used

It also adds a "Time Reports" menu item to all pages. It goes to
