Status:
  I wrote a document about stats module (related to ticket #170)
  I published a draft version of it here.

  Now this document is reviewed by Fujiwara.

Plan:
 I'll get feedbacks from Fujiwara and fix the document, and then I'll
 move the status of the ticket to reviewing.

Question:
 Who should I ask to review the ticket #170?
