[bind10-dev] Code freeze for Y1 release

BIND 10 developers,

Everybody on the BIND 10 team seemed to want a code freeze date. Here is
my proposal:

        After 2010-03-09 00:00:00 UTC we no longer add new features.

I am deliberately leaving out any strict definition of what a new
feature is.

My main concern with this is that we probably won't have XFR ready at
this point. So, I'd like to suggest that we make an exception for the
XFR stuff and accept this code when it is ready (hopefully before  the
end of the week though).
