[bind10-dev] HEADS UP (was: testing new src tree layout)

trunk is open for commits.

I will create a new branch called branches/Y1 for the "reviewed" code 
used for releases. I will update the wiki page explaining trunk and Y1.
I understand libexceptions is reviewed so I will start with that. I will 
need your help to know what needs to be added to Y1. I will make a new 
email to bring this up later.
