[bind10-dev] libdns and problem record and loadzone loading it

When that's fully available in python, it sounds like a good idea to me.

(For that matter, when python is capable of it, I'd quite like to have
loadzone save the rdata in binary format in the SQL table, but that
caused Much Controversy when discussed in the bind10 chat this morning.)

For now, though, loadzone is intentionally a stupid tool.
