[bind10-dev] cleanup daemon output to console

Please run

b10-cfgmgr
b10-cmdctl
b10-auth
b10-xfrin
msgq

Also run with your verbose mode (if you have that option).

And cleanup your output. If the output is not useful for a user maybe 
don't print it by default.

And please prefix or identify your output with name of your daemon so 
when running simultaneously with bind10 you can know.

Then run bind10 too when done to make sure is not too noisy.

(I just checked again and it looks like it is less chatty.)
