The source has beginnings of manual pages for the executables.

Please review them. Some of these document *your* code.

Please also look at the .xml originals for TODOs. If you can answer any 
questions or improve these, please do so or let me know. (I am sure I 
made some mistakes in some manpages saying the tools use cmdctl.)

My next main steps for the userguide are:

- show examples of cmdctl REST URIs

- document the config data and commands (defined in spec files)

- show bindctl examples for Cmdctl and Auth and Xfrin settings (config 
  data) and commands for Auth, Boss, Cmdctl, and Xfrin.

- loadzone examples with sqlite3 interface examples (may not be 
  necessary for later docs, but for now since we don't have tools to 
  maintain).

- show a few query examples
