Hello all,

I updated the Trac site so you pick ticket owners from a pulldown list.
This is good because it means you can't accidentally assign it to a
non-existent user (like using "evan" for Evan instead of his login,
"each").

However, it also means you *must* assign an owner to a ticket once it
has been given to someone.

I have created a user named "UnAssigned", which you can assign a ticket
to if you want to indicate that nobody owns it. This is useful if you
are listed as the ticket owner but are not working on it.
