[bind10-dev] rename src/lib/dns/exceptions.h ?

Not necessarily objecting to it (and I actually once thought about
it), but this type of conflict can happen to some level of large
packages.  So, in general, if two different modules have chosen the
same file name as a result of choosing the name that best describes
the content, I think it doesn't make sense to change one of them
simply because these are the same name.

In this specific case, I hesitated in changing it to dnsexceptions.h
because "dns" is obvious in this context (it's in a DNS library
module) and could be redundant.

Do you have any practical reason for changing the file name?
