[bind10-dev] what is task #74?

I was assigned task #74:

  74 lwresd compatible thingy

I also see that there are two 73 tasks including:

  73 lwresd implementation part of BIND 10 or separate? (small cacheing 
  resolver)

Is that the same task?

Note it doesn't have any estimated work time. I don't even think it was 
supposed to be in this month's tasks.

Can someone point me to the details for this? And was I supposed to be 
assigned this? Maybe it was a typo. Does anyone have the postit notes 
for me?
