[bind10-dev] FCKeditor - WYSIWYG HTML editor

I recognize that we are using this for the special case of table
editing, and it probably makes sense there, since Trac wiki tables are
so awful in normal markup.
But... ideally this would be something that would be off by default, or
maybe something set per-user. In general WYSIWYG editors for wikis tend
to be quirky and slow. For other sites I always end up clicking the
button to turn off such editors so I can actually work on the text.
Maybe this one has magically solved all of those problems, but I tend to
doubt it. :)
