All,
It really was my intention to send this out yesterday, I swear!
Apologies for the usual lateness. :(
Anyway, we have a few of changes to our meetings based on our
face-to-face meeting two weeks ago:
* We will always have WebEx. Details follow in this mail - they
should stay the same. I won't be monitoring WebEx status - if
you want to chat or need attention then try the Jabber room,
which at least a couple people will be watching.
* The call will be limited to 90 minutes. This is a hard deadline,
in the interests of keeping us all sane. (If we go over, someone
please announce it on the call and then we all hang up!)
* We won't go over status on the call. Please send this via e-mail
in advance.
* I won't do a round-the-group request for AOB. If you have a
topic you want to discuss, please type it into Jabber before the
end of the call.
* We will have a call for architectural discussions.
* We will have one topic from the "too hard list" per call, until
we run out of things to talk about. (We may *always* have
something on that list, but we can hope we figure everything
out...)
So, our agenda may look something like this:
* Roll call (10 minutes)
* Quick notes
* ISC having internal conversation about revision control
systems; Michael & Evan's research into git & Mercurial
used as input
* Action point discussion
* Architectural discussions
* Likun discussed xfrin architecture with Feng & Shane,
will send mail
* Writable data sources (please read Jelte's mails if you
have not yet)
For the "action point discussion", I propose we do 2 things:
1. Make a page on the Wiki which captures these
2. Put this as an item in everyone's weekly update e-mail
We will discuss!
WebEx information:

To start the online meeting

Yes, these WebEx details are now in the public. It's not really an open
