[bind10-dev] Kambe's status update

Status:
 1. I arranged my development environment.
     -> I also fixed the problem which fujiwara reported last week.
        This problem was unable to compile boost::python properly by
        Python3.1.

 2. I researched documents and source codes under the repository and
    the trac.

 3. I started to write document of ticket #170
     -> This document is based on my ideas which I reported to the
        list within last few weeks.

Plan:
 I'm working above #2 and #3.
