[bind10-dev] fujiwara's status

My status:
- I'm updating statsd (this Jan. version) to adapt recent code
  in my private directory.

My plan until the next meeting:
- Update old statsd to collect something with another component.
  - add at least one or two counters.
  - statsd will be started by boss of bind10.
  - statsd read something from config daemon
- I will put one version on my branch of subversion repositry.
