[bind10-dev] Action items done

I completed the dns-cucumber move from my personal box to bind10.isc.org.

I also removed the "refactor" as that is a task, not an action point I
think.  I've put this on my ToDo list, and since dns-cucumber
development is mostly bind10 work now, I suggest we use the same
ticketing system for tracking those issues.
