[bind10-dev] Question about the test code of auth and recurse

I could imagine new testdata for recursor only (that would test how it asks for
partial answers, assembles it together, how it does validation, etc).

Anyway, having testdata of recursor under a sibling directory seems somehow
wrong and counterintuitive. Maybe move them to some kind of common directory
(src/bin/tests, src/lib/server (there'll be some kind of common code that should
go to library, in the end, I guess, other than just what is in asio and dns),
testdata)?

Just my two cents (or how is that saying).
