[bind10-dev] plan to do snapshot release on Thursday, Dec. 2

I will be doing a release on Dec. 2. It will be a snapshot of trunk as 
usual.

I'd like to freeze trunk on Wednesday, December 1. If you have any 
particular merge or fixes planned for trunk after today that you want in 
it, please discuss with me.

Previously we had tried to coordinate this with longer new code 
development freezes and then focus on reviews only and then longer trunk 
freeze. This was changed/ignored so not to conflict with 
agile/scrum/sprints scheduling.
