[bind10-dev] don't hardcode all process names into bind10 (bob)

Configuration with defaults. Possibly have list of processes to run in the
configuration, with description of options that should be passed trough and
dependencies, so BoB just looks:

• I need to run auth server.
• I need to run xfrout.
• They both need the configuration manager (hmm, that is a bad example, as it
must be running to get this configuration, right?).

=> So we run config manager, then wait for it to become ready and start the two
other.

But that is maybe a little bit of overkill.
