Hm... good point. I guess there are 3 basic styles here: 

     1. SSH login name
     2. E-mail address
     3. Some "real" name (or rather an ASCII version of that name)

I don't think we can only use #1 (SSH login) for the long term, because
we'll get patches from people who don't have an SSH login and we will
want to give the appropriate credit.

Personally I'd rather let any non-core team author of the change choose
whether she wants either or both of #2 and #3.

I think BIND 10 team members should happily use #1 and #3. I don't know
if we want to include team members' e-mails in our changelog. I don't
have a preference, but I can see this leading to a bit of spam.
