I don't have a strong opinion, but I'd note the original reason for
adding the "who committed this" field is to give a proper credit to
external (especially non ISC) developers.  In that sense I'm fine with
whatever style that each developer prefers (although in general I'm a
big fan of consistency).

I'm not sure what you specifically mean by "for parsing", btw.  How
exactly does it help "for parsing" if we change this
    110.  [func]      Michal Vaner
to (e.g.) this one?
    110.  [func]      vorner

p.s. I don't much care about which "name" we use, but for consistency
I'm happier if we use the same length of space between the change
category (bug/func, etc) and the name:

i.e., instead of these:
  111.	[bug]*   zhanglikun, Michal Vaner
  110.  [func]      Michal Vaner
  109.  [func]		naokikambe

I'm happier with these:
  111.	[bug]*		zhanglikun, Michal Vaner
  110.  [func]		Michal Vaner
  109.  [func]		naokikambe

(although this one is a quite minor point, too)
