[bind10-dev] include "review" time in the sprint estimations

Shane,

Scrum very firmly insists that it assumes no specific development
practices (and people using it use and do not use various agile
development concepts, such as pair programming, tdd, etc)...

I 100% agree we should keep our review policy. I think it is an
excellent practice that has, as you say, served us very well. My hope is
that as we do a few sprints, the best way to estimate time for reviews
will become more clear.
