[bind10-dev] open review request: clang++ support

This is a trial of making progress with a relatively trivial patch.

I've been seeking review for a patch to adjust our C++ code so that it
will compile by clang++ (available with LLVM 2.8):

The diff is pretty trivial (I believe), but unfortunately it's been
pending for weeks, probably because it's not needed for our immediate
tasks.

So, I'm writing an open call for review for this patch, hoping someone
in this list can perhaps a quick sanity check on it.  I'll wait for
about 24 hours, and if I don't get any feedback within the period,
I'll merge it to trunk and let buildbots find any possible regression.
