[bind10-dev] Install Bind 10 in fedora

hi all,

I'm an undergraduate of faculty of IT university of Moratuwa. I started to
install bind 10 in my PC (Fedora).
When i run ./configure command it gives an error "No package sqlite3 found".
how i install sqlite in my machine.
