[bind10-dev] review tickets and upcoming release

The next development release of BIND 10 is this Friday, September 17.

The branching for the new release will be done on Thursday, September 
16.

Let's focus on getting reviews completed.

But there are other tickets ready that may not be flagged for 
"reviewing" including:

Let's review and close this and if a new ticket is needed, then create 
it as needed.

If you own a ticket in reviewing, but can't handle it this week, please 
set to UnAssigned -- or at least add a note to the ticket about the 
status of the review.
