Hi all,
Currently, user can specify the sqlite3 database file for command
'retransfer' of Xfrin module, that means user can transfer one zone to a
different sqlite3 database file, which is different with the database file
used by Auth server .
My question here is: does user really need the feature? Do we have plan for
it in our new datasource backend?
The reason for why I ask this question is, when xfrin finish one zone
transfer, no matter triggered by the command from user or zone manager,
xfrin should tell zone transfer result to zone manager, so zone manager can
reset the timer for that zone. The problem is you have to differ whether the
just finished zone transfer shares the same sqlte3 database file with Auth
server, or else, zone manager should not reset the timer for that zone.
