This is should be fixed now.

I committed new Makefile.am that referenced a .8 manpage which I forgot 
to "svn add".

Manpage generation is not enable by default (see ./configure 
--enable-man) since many systems don't have xsltproc docbook 
environment. (I didn't notice locally since I do build man pages.)
