I've been working on it, and will be handing my work off to Stephen as I
switch back to working on BIND 9 in a few weeks.

Yesterday Stephen, Shane and I made a list of tasks that will need to be
done to get the resolver fully operational, and several of the tasks can
be done in parallel.
