[bind10-dev] the path for common python functions

Hi all,

I am trying to put some common python functions to one library file, so that
they can be used by several bind10 modules.

In trunk, we already have one folder "/src/lib/python/isc/Util", also there
is one file 'hexdump.py' in it, though it hasn't been used by any module.

My questions are:

1. Do I need to change the folder name 'Util' to 'util' or 'utils'?

2. Do I need to remove 'hexdump.py'? the log say it's really one old
file, shipped from our parkinglot branch.

Thanks
