[bind10-dev] --brittle mode for BIND 10

All,

The authoritative server died on me, but I didn't see any messages
because the server kept running and tried to restart it. While the
mid-term fix for this is proper logging, I went ahead and coded up
something someone suggested: the ability to have the server exit if any
process dies.

So you can use the "--brittle" option for BIND 10 now. See ticket #788
for a bit more detail.
